In preparation for the closing of your Residential Real Estate purchase transaction, the Spadafora and Murphy LLP Law office will do the following:

- Prepare the necessary closing documents including mortgage documents.

- Arrange title insurance.
- Notify municipality (water & taxes), hydro and gas of change of ownership.
